DEFINITIVE CANCELLATION
Dear Mudgirls,
We are truly sorry to announce that the MUDGIRL Tucson event (March 25th) is permanently cancelled. Despite our best efforts and even postponing the event, we could not garner enough interest in Tucson and we had cancel the event due to the lack of participation. We would like to thanks the hundreds of participants who registered and believed in this race.
We understand your disappointment and know that the entire Mud Girl organization feels exactly the same way.
All the orders made from the 03/06/2022 until now -
Once 03/05 has passed, any ticket that has not been transferred to another event will be cancelled and automatically refunded. As the refund will be sent to the same credit card used for your transaction, please contact us if your credit card number has since changed.
All the orders made before the 03/06/2022 -
Once 03/05 has passed, all the tickets still related to the Tucson event will be cancelled and refunded. Since your transactions took place over a year ago, we will refund you via a bank check that we will mail to you.
Please provide us your information on this form in order to enable us to send you this payment.
Without these information from you we won't be able to send your refund.
